Below are two ways of using typical switches to achieve a flexible set of interconnections, click the picture for full size images;

All possible connections are available with full flexibility in the above method, but it uses a total of 12 switches on one plane (x 3 if stereo audio).

This setup uses 8 switches (x 3 if stereo audio) over 3 planes but only one Camera/Testcard source can be selected, and only one Tx can have a signal (or all the same signal).
